EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Margaret did my mother's estate planning in 2014. Just recently, my mother decided to restate her will and trust through a different law firm. I am my mothers POA so I have been trying to contact Margaret to track down all of my mothers assets and put them into the new trust as requested by my mother. Margaret is refusing to speak with me and will not answer or return my calls or voicemails. My mothers health is declining and she is moving to a skilled nursing facility. I need to get her on medicaid but i cannot do that without obtaining information from Margaret. Now I have to pay 10,000$ out of pocket because of this lady refusing to speak with me, you can imagine my frustration. There are much friendlier estate plan lawyers believe me, my mother found one ! This woman is robotic and will make your life much more complicated.
