I have been fortunate to work with Dr. Matt Seitz as my therapist for almost a year now. Dr. Seitz creates a safe, professional and welcoming environment where I feel comfortable sharing my thoughts and emotions. He has a great understanding of his field and he tailors his approach to meet my specific needs. He has continuously provided me with invaluable tools to manage stress, anxiety, improve communication, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and just generally become a better version of myself through his guidance. The most impactful part is he has genuinely understood my perspective of every single thing I have brought to him in our sessions, which I have not experienced with other therapists. Dr. Seitz is an amazing doctor. I had never opened up about certain things in my life before but when we started talking I felt very comfortable and able to open up and discuss things. He was extremely professional the whole time. He checked in on me even between our appointments when we had nothing scheduled.
