This agency has worked on improving in the last couple years that we've worked with them, however, recently we're not receiving the support as we did years back. We've had our ops and downs with them but today, it's almost like they've given up and are strictly about budget. They're not hiring the resources they need. Like anything else, there are good and bad quality workers. Unfortunately, we don't feel we have a worker who wants to support us as well as the higher ups.
This turned from putting children first to now finances. At least it feels that way.
There are other agencies out there. I'd encourage you to keep looking first.
This is just based off our recent experiences.
