Excellent medical care and personalized service for my wife and me

My wife and I recently visited Mercy Family Practice for a check-up and were very impressed with the level of care we received. The doctor was professional and knowledgeable, and she took the time to answer all of our questions. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

We especially appreciated the personalized service we received. The doctor took the time to get to know us both and our individual needs. She also made sure to explain all of our options and answer any questions we had.

Dr. Rutty is the nicest family dr. I have ever met. Two years of having major back issues and he has helped me dramatically get off the pain meds and manage it with pain management and physical therapy. I would recommend him to anyone. Yes its a drive from orlando but worth it.

We came in time and were waiting 75mins till they were able to meet us.
No free parking spots. Only 3 spots and I guess occupied by doctors, everyone parks on the grass...
The main service was OK.
