Mettle Physical Therapy at Allen Road is the best. The whole team
of Dolly, Lu, Angelica and Dr. Paul have one goal in mind-the physical care and well being of the patient. It is truly a caring community. I walk in with a frown from pain and walk out with a smile. They are all exceptional individuals and professionals who know their craft, inside and out!!!

It all started with a back injury that turned out to be more challenging than what we expected. I had a half marathon a few weeks ahead and with a bad prognosis. She not only accepted the challenge of treating all my pains. She actually got me ready and made it possible. I would definitely not have made it if it wasn’t for her. She is very precise and dedicated to each patient, really willing to help and get us in a better shape. Erin is also amazing and the atmosphere is great. Super highly recommended 🤩

One of the best Physiotherapy I ever had. My lower back pain 80% disappeared in 1 round and I was back in gym after just few rounds...

The owner and her colleagues are very vested in the patients, they are in it for the patients.

So grateful for Mettle Physical Therapy! I was struggling with cervicogenic dizziness and very concerned about not being able to live independently. Dr. Paul was able to help me pretty quickly, then I continued with Dolly to get to the finish line. Both are exceptional physical therapists and kind and caring as well. Best Physical Therapy Experience Ever! I can't say enough about Dr Paul she is knowledgeable, kind and highly skilled at physical therapy. I was having issues after having some lymph nodes removed after breast surgery. She worked with me for weeks and relieved me of my pain. I would recommend her to anyone, as I even brought my daughter to see her when she was having issues with her neck and migraines. The facility is immaculate and her receptionist Erin is lovely. A positive experience all around. Don't hesitate to contact her, you will be very happy you did!
