Scheduling was super easy and I was able to get in quickly.

I have called 4 times at this point to try to make an appointment to see a PT. I have sent them all the documents they requested. Every time I call they say they need to enter some info or talk to someone and they’ll call me back in a few minutes. No one has called me back once. I am in severe, chronic jaw pain and making phone calls is a real challenge for me, but I’m gonna have to try again somewhere else. I am really frustrated at the lack of follow up and communication.
