VERY disappointing. I was really looking forward to my first appointment. Which I thought was a week out. I’m used to receiving reminders over texts numerous times. I got an email reminder 2 days before my first appointment and it ended up in spam. I got an email saying I missed my appointment 20 minutes after it was “scheduled” and I tried to join the zoom immediately after reading the email and no one was there. I was charged $130 for a “no show” fee when I was expecting a max of my $20 copay. I am a mom of two young children and work full time. This is financially very upsetting to me and when I tried to talk to Kenni I got nothing other then mentioning how the fees keep her patients “accountable”… I consider this a major red flag and now I know this wouldn’t have been the right provider for me. Absolutely zero compassion .
