At first I was anxious about talking about my problems because it was a bad history that involved in physical and mentally pain but I felt comfortable talking to her about them cause I felt like she wouldn’t judge me for my past and proceeded to talk to me about them. Afterwards I was feeling my anger, pain, and quilt fading away. I’m now doing a lot better and viewing the world in a positive way. Thank you for helping me out and listening to me.
