5 stars for Nicole. She is the first and only hypnotherapist I have been to because I didn't feel comfortable going to a stranger. She came recommended by many friends. I've had 2 sessions so far. One was to work on a particular issue and the other was the Simpson Protocol. I feel very safe with Nicole. She is the consummate professional and makes you feel comfortable. She explains everything in detail and makes sure you understand what she will be doing and then follows through on that. She makes herself available prior and post appts for any questions. The best way I can describe what hypnotherapy has done is that it is very results oriented in a very short period of time. Within 1-2 hours, you can let go of self limiting beliefs, address past challenges and release them or set the foundation for your future. Truly the "least" amount of work I have personally done to see results quickly. You must surrender to the process and it feels like a deep meditation. Drop in and let Nicole take care of the rest. Wow! What a fantastic experience! Nicole did a pre questionnaire asking what I needed or wanted from the session and basically “what’s going on” questions. She definitely read my concerns and dealt in depth during the hypnotic session. I’ve never done that before and is not all like you see on tv but I definitely was “under” in another state of mind. Nicole was very thorough with my concerns and brought a new light to how I need to deal with certain situations. Another point I liked is that she doesn’t say you need to keep coming back for x number more sessions like so many other businesses. Even though I want to go back as I do have other “issues” I need to deal with. Thank you Nicole for your insight, your understanding and care! You are a true professional and joy to work with. I encourage anyone thinking about hypnosis to give this a try, you won’t regret it!

A friend who knows me well referred me to Nicole, so I scheduled with complete confidence. I went to her about sleep issues which were addressed and greatly improved. While working with her I also discovered some other little issues that wanted to surface. Nicole assisted me in working through those with grace and ease. I find her to be a lovely, safe space and a conducive environment for any inner probing I might want to do. I have also referred clients of mine to her.
