Our 2-year old daughter recently started at Mixed Greens's second location and it has been incredible so far. The teachers have an impressive amount of child development experience while also having incredible personal skills. Our daughter loves going to school and we love seeing her grow in the environment!

The owner/operator, Heather, is on her game. It is obvious as soon as you meet her that this is her life's work. The school runs more professionally than most schools I've seen. The school embodies Heather's vision that children learn through play, art, gardening, and music.

Experts agree that early education has the most impact on a child's life when the days are filled with ample opportunities for young children to use and hear complex, interactive language; the curriculum supports a wide range of school-readiness goals that include social and emotional skills and active learning; the school encourages meaningful family involvement; and they have knowledgeable and well-qualified teachers.
