I wanted to share my positive review since it seems people only share negative. MPS is truly a great resource. My teen daughter sees Sheena and absolutely loves her. She’s seen a few therapists in the past and Sheena is the only one who she’s been able to establish a great relationship with. The office is in a nice building and is always clean. Even my daughter loves the kid-friendly environment and fidgets. Staff is friendly. I’ve not had any issues with MPS and for that I appreciate them!

I scheduled an appt for my 3 yrs old child, we meet today with Dr. Clair. She did an excellent job. We have a great communication. And love the way they have each room. Very organized, super clean, and a lot of sensory toys for toddlers. I asked my child: if he likes Dr. Clair, he told me: she’s cute, I like her mommy. We will continue seeing Dr. Clair. Thank you so much.

At first I was happy that I found this therapist. Our first meeting went well and she seemed caring and very positive. I also was grateful that she offered to see my daughter in person. The second session went well and told her that next week my daughter would be out of town and could we have a zoom meeting. She said yes and my daughter gave the therapist her email address. The next week came and my daughter called about 5 minutes before the meeting and said she did not have a link. She waited until 5 minutes past her appointment no link. So I tired calling the office and there was no answer. There is no way to get a hold of the therapist and I received no phone call regarding where we were. No communication what so ever. I finally decided to look at my email and that is were they sent the link. I spoke to the office the next morning and they apologized and said they didn’t know what happened. The therapist stated she didn’t have my daughters email although my daughter did give it to her. Of course they had no appointments so we had to wait until the next appointment. The next appointment was fine although she thought we were suppose to meet through a zoom meeting. When we left that meeting I made it clear so we all understood that we will be meeting in person at our assigned time. So the next week we showed up at our time but no one was there. Again no phone call NO communication. Needless to say I was upset. I tired calling but there is no way to get a hold of anybody. I left a message and I was upset since this was the second time my daughters appointment was messed up. We had only 5 appointments and was seen 3 times. The next day I received a message from the therapist stating again she did not know what happened except she just didn’t write our appointment down. She then went on to apologize but within her apology she was offering to call my insurance so I can find a new therapist. I felt she basically was kicking us out because the therapist could not keep her appointments. I was insulted by her response. I thought I should have been the one to make the decision if I wanted to return to her office. Honestly I don’t think she knew who her clients were because she continued to say I had some other insurance. It’s hard dealing with trying to get help for your child and then having to deal with a therapist who doesn’t seem to care makes this even more difficult. I do not recommend this office if you truly are seeking help.
