A waste of time & gas. Very poor communication if they call back at all. Caused stress trying to get to appointments. When I first signed up they sounded wonderful. However both my appointments (only had 2,) were after hours. The doorbell rarely rings (told most times it doesn't work;) but they tell you to ring it to get to your appointment after hours. Knocked on the door so hard my knuckles were red and even though someone had even walked from the front to the back area and from the back area to the front, I was ignored. Then when the counselor finally came to the door she was condescending.

Left messages for the original intake employee and she never called me back. Spoke to the supervisor who told me she would have a new counselor call me or she herself would call me back. Never did.

Momentum as I see it has been a very helpful, resourceful unit that can really turn someone’s life around and make them feel like there is a uplifting direction ahead. Each person needing services should come with a real sense that the entire staff is at your aid to get you through your situation. My dearest friend has needed the resources Momentum has to offer and is on the right pathway to her new beginning and welcomes those who need help to ask with your heart so shall you receive help in addressing your situation in a professional way.
