We have been seeing her for quite some time and the positive outlook, strength and confidence that my children have incurred are all due to the help, care and love she has provided them. Why psychotherapy? Because I have never known a parent that was excited to give medication to his children to address behavior. Why Monica Buttafava? Because her approach is effective and life changing. Monica helped me understand that our relationship with our children is a 50/50 deal . We as the adults need to understand how we affect our children as much as what is that our children come to this world to teach us. To raise our children while looking deep at the child that is inside us. I am the proud mother of a 16 and 18 year old that went through a really hard time and thanks to Monica I can see now how my way of raising my children was based on culture and rigid thinking. My children also learn how to express themselves and understand my point of view. I have seen a wonderful change in my children as much as I have understood better ways of parenting.
