I have been trying to get a hold of this place all day long. I am in the process of joining the Air Force and I need to get my counseling documents from when I was a teenager from them. I call they don’t pick up the phone, So I showed up to their office at 4 PM. Not only would no one pick up the phone, but they doors were locked. I drove all the way to Oakland for no reason. I would leave negative stars if I could. This place is terrible.

I have been trying to get counseling for three years and I’m getting the runaround i was referred to multilingual they told me they would assign me to someone and she would call me within a week and that never happened and then when I called again they said well they don’t know if she has any openings now and why won’t I take a younger counselor. I know what kind of counselor I want and you shouldn’t be questioning me about that you’re supposed to be helping me find some support with someone I’ll be comfortable with.
The Director didn’t even remember talking to me she didn’t remember my name when I was very specific about what she said during our conversation
It isn’t up to you to determine who I go to counseling for when you had someone available that was supposed to call me and they never did very unprofessional and I will not recommend them
