I applied beginning of June when everyone was returning to work. I was lucky enough to have guaranteed a spot in the program since there were not many applicants at the time and ALL of my paperwork was turned in. I was told that it was on a first come first serve bases and all I had to do was turn in my updated paystubs closer to the date. I wanted to be sure that her spot would be there for when she turned 3 and I was told not to worry. The time came when I had to turn in my paystubs as requested, I went in person and was helped by a teacher Diana because the Supervisor was not there. I called on numerous occasions for an update until I finally was connected with Supervisor of "Admissions" MELISSA just to be told that my daughter's spot had been filled!! When did she realize this When she received my updated information she did not even bother to contact me! I am a single mom who has full custody of my child and ONLY provider to my household. When did this Supervisor, who's ONLY job is to insure admission, find out that my daughter will no longer be attending due to space?! She has one job and could not even do that! I have to enroll my daughter and was depending on their word for that. I turned EVERYTHING in and that is what came first if that is the bases they are going on. She clearly did not like the facts I was mentioning to her and had the edacity to hang up instead of being PROFESSIONAL enough to assist in their mistake! I asked for all of the paperwork to be returned to me and I was DENIED! Now I have to reach out to my work and cross my fingers that they do NOT fire me!! I even reached out to Catalyst for Kids Corporate and in extension their Director Cathy and nothing has been resolved. DO WE NOT MATTER?! Your work ethic is only a reflection of what you are teaching our children to become. Please Parents make sure that you take the time to find a program based on quality and not one that does not follow what they state they stand for.
