Holly is incredibly intuitive and well thought out in the way she runs each session. With her direction and expertise in trauma and EMDR I have been able to make a large amount of progress in many areas in my life. Holly is compassionate, professional, and dedicated to her work. The attention to detail and consistency have made all the difference. I have referred many of my own patients to Holly and would recommend to anyone working through trauma, codependency, or relationship based issues. She is also quick to respond and on top of future appointments and paperwork. Top notch therapist.

Holly is absolutely the best therapist I have ever had. I saw her when I was, in retrospect, completely lost and needed answers for questions I didn’t even know I had. She helped me work through everything from having unhealthy boundaries and trust issues, to working through what it’s like being a daughter of a parent with a mental illness. While we processed some incredibly hard past experiences, she also taught me how to use what I’ve learned to be stronger and lead a more peaceful life for the future. I cannot recommend her enough.

I can't thank Holly enough. EMDR has been a godsend along with Holly's approach to working thru trauma and anxiety. We set goals together and each session we went step by step to uncover real issues. Holly has a great approach, you are in control of the session, she is very open to feedback and is very observant to your needs. She provides tools to deal with every day stressors as well as major hurdles in life. I have gone to numerous therapist in the past and this is the first experience with one that I have seen thru the whole process.

Holly only has one very narrow style of counseling in which she prescribes solutions to your problems, even if they are inaccurate. She is unable to see the value you bring to finding solutions to your own problems and does not appear to have genuine concern for her patients. I was very excited to meet with her and was sadly incredibly disappointed after meeting with her.

very happy with Holly. Smart and prepared with a game plan for each session so it is not just me spinning my wheels with no direction. Highly skilled in EMDR which i had never tried before. It is hard but it works!
