After almost 2 years of being at My Therapy Matters in Pueblo West, I have to say Glenn Anderson has guided me through some of the most challenging and difficult times. I know some say therapy doesn’t work but I truly believe it does. And it’s okay to reach out for guidance. I feel better, I am enough, I am not what my past relationship labeled me or his family. I am a child of God, he loves me and I have family and friends who have supported me throughout this process and journey to recovery. I’m happy to walk away and enjoy my life. If you need a great therapist who doesn’t sugar coat call Glenn at My Therapy Matters! He will be great for whoever is suffering. #SuicideAwareness #mentalhealthmatters

My experience with my therapy matters was perfect. My therapist was Glenn and he always seemed to know exactly what the conversation needed and how to help me. He was always honest with me and always looking for new ways to overcome my struggles. He is very thoughtful with how he words things and he always knows how to match energy which is very important for someone like me who might be a bit nervous at first. My life has truly changed for the better and I’ve made more progress than I ever thought I would.

My son needed to see a therapist for a couple of years and he saw Glen. Just last week it came to our attention that my son doesn’t need therapy anymore and is doing sooooo much better! Glen gave him the correct tools and information for him to grow and prosper. He even did family sessions with all of us. Thank you so much Glen for helping my son, our relationship, and our family as a whole!!

Before starting therapy I really had my doubts about how much it could do. After working with Glenn for just under a year between couples counseling and personal, my entire view on therapy is changed. Glenn is an amazing therapist, I felt welcome the whole time, and never felt judged. He worked with me step by step through every problem or trauma I brought in. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. I would definitely recommend him to anyone going through a rough patch or looking to understand themselves better. Thank you for everything Glenn!

About a year ago, I was in a really dark place and realized that I needed help. I called My Therapy Matters and Glen was able to get me in right away. At first I could barely walk in to his office without crying. I was scared and had lost all confidence in myself. Glen was so comforting, even while I was breaking down, ugly crying on his couch, clutching his yellow throw pillow for dear life. No matter what fear, or trauma, or experience I threw at him, I never felt judged, I never felt inadequate. He gave me a safe place to work through everything that I was hoarding inside of me. Glen taught me about boundaries, and grounding, and self worth. He not only helped me find my voice, but taught me how to use it, and how to be confident doing so. He told me in the beginning, that he would know he did his job when I no longer needed him, and I couldn't imagine ever being in a place emotionally where that would be possible. But just like he said, he gave me the skills, and taught me to use them, taught me how to work through the blinding panick that would crush me, and proved to me that I am capable. Thank you Glen, for helping me find myself again.

We (well my granddaughter)have been with My Therapy Matters for about, or a little over a year, maybe 2 now. We were referred here by our our family practice N.P. The first therapist my granddaughter had was a complete joke. I would love to put her name on this review just so that if anyone runs across her name at another agency to run the other eay as fast as you can! Anyhow, I have chosen not to do that because, I don't want My Therapy Matters to get a bad rap because of her.

On the plus side, my granddaughter now has a new therapist by the name of Michelle Anderson who we absolutely love! She has done so much for not only my granddaughter, but for her Papa and I who are trying to figure out how to effectively co-parent.

I am beyond grateful for Michelle and all that she does! I highly recommend her ans My Therapy Matters!

Leah Williamson has been amazing. I started seeing her after my girlfriend recommended it and I know people will say that you shouldn’t see the same therapist, but, wow! She’s really great at keeping things completely separate and has honestly helped me get through a lot of my own personal thoughts, feelings and situations by allowing me to think on my own as well as giving sound direction and perspectives. She also has assisted my girlfriend and I with relationship hurtles when they arise and it’s really been great! I highly recommend Leah as a therapist at My Therapy Matters and I love their approach to putting you first and encouraging your personal healing and journey.

As a person that never believed in therapy, I now have a different outlook. I have nothing but love and respect for Glenn, he seriously saved my relationship with my daughter. Glenn has a different approach on things and it’s never one sided. He listened to my daughter needs, but also challenged me in areas that would make me a better person. If you ever read this Glenn thank you from the bottom of my heart and you definitely have my support.
