Ely has been amazing. Her dedication, an authentic concern and investment in my mental health has been so impactful for me. When I started TMS treatment I was in a really dark place in my life and my quality of life was pretty non existent. TMS has been a major contributor to getting out of that dark place and into the light. I truly recommend them as your TMS provider the team and care they provide is exceptional. The staff is friendly and professional. Ms. Elizabeth is a special person. She has provided me with care and patience during my treatment, every day every time. Mr. William has been a great supporter with his sense of humor. All the ladies at the front desk are nice and friendly too including Yudy, the office manager. Orianny is literally the best ever. She has a diffuser to make her room smell nice and clean and she plays calm sounds on her speaker for patient satisfaction. Orianny really cares about her patients and their well being. She definitely deserves great things within this company! The office is also very clean and smells nice as well. The receptionists are also very nice. My wife is the one having the TMS treatment and she loves being taken care of by Orianny. They have nice conversations about my wife’s day and Orianny always makes her feel heard and like family.

My wife is done today with her treatment after a long journey. As always, Orianny has remained very sweet and supportive of my wife and very accommodating. Thank you to TMS and for making my wife feel so much more like herself.

Great experience 5/5!! Briefly met Chris the supervisor, very patient, calm, cool and collected ? and nerdy which is great for all the questions I was asking. But by far my favorite part of this place has to be working with Orianny, she makes me feel comfortable, navigates my feelings and conversations well everyday and overall makes this an enjoyable pleasant experience despite it being slightly uncomfortable and scary at times! Definitely recommend. 🙂

Ely had been so wonderful. I’ve been doing TMS for 4 weeks and I can really say it works. At the beginning I was truly skeptical but was willing to try anything. I’m truly glad I did it truly has been a god sent treatment and it’s has made such a huge change in my life.

been doing TMS for a few weeks now and i’m feeling really hopeful about the final results. i already feel more energized and present. my technician, orianny, makes me feel completely comfortable and at ease during my treatment and i honestly look forward to going every morning. if you’re experiencing treatment-resistant depression, i absolutely recommend giving this a go. i’ll try to come back and update at the end of my treatment 🙂

UPDATE: it’s been about two weeks since i finished my treatment and so far it has absolutely helped i am really grateful

I was scared and skeptical at first. But proved me wrong really quick. My sleep is so deep,my attitude and personality is back to my normal me after year's.
Can't wait to continue and complete the treatment.
If you are in need of a boost try it you will not regret it.

I’m almost done with my treatment, Orianny has been a great support during my mental health journey. She has always been very helpful and patient. Always offering and making me teas and coffees. During the treatment she takes her time explaining and addressing any questions or doubts I had. She understands the mood I come into the office with and does not make me feel pressured to talk and it’s never a uncomfortable environment. She is always cheers me up.
