Going to the neighborhood healthcare Escondido for last 10 to 12 years. My doctor is wonderful. She’s very good she’s patient. She listened to me and she always give me a ride advice and write medicine her staff all helpful very nice and kind recommended to all my family day been going over there and they all happy.

They canceled my mother's follow up appt and only attempted one phone call without leaving a message. The person on the desk informed me that they are only required to make one phone call. I requested that my number be the primary number for communication over a year ago.They do a terrible job of following up and are fine with doing the bare minimum as demonstrated by their statement that they are only required to make one call. I spent a hour driving here to get my mom to her appointment. I would give zero stars if I could.

Worst service ever...they make an appointment and they ask you to be 15 min before your appointment...you get there on time thay delayed to take you in...they take for ever to call in plus they make your wait like if you have all the time of the world when you work and is hard for you to get the days off there expect to reschedule appointments seriously...receptionist lagg to call you ...and pluss when u ask them they get offended ? don't know how they pretend to be happy with he service when they don't even be polite

they never pick up the phone, and they never call back even though it’s an option on the call log if you wait over 15 minutes on hold. i had to call for transportation help and no one was picking up at all, now i have to cancel my appointment just because the staff couldn’t do their job

The doctors are very caring and everyone in the office does a good job. Even when blood is drawn i felt assured, cool, calm and collected which isn’t something normal for me as I have a phobia of needles piercing my skin. The kindness of the staff took away the thought completely and when they drew blood it was so fast I didn’t even feel the pinch. It’s crazy how much a calm setting and good, calm working people really affect the type of experience you have. As a woman, it was a very painless and comfortable process. It really restored my faith in humanity and made me not so afraid to ask questions regarding my health.

I love these women doctors. They are all the most caring, thorough, intelligent, doctors on this earth. They love thier work...and they love and care for thier people. Trust me I have been to many doctors and I drive a quiet a distance just to come see them:) thank you neighborhood. Roxanne and staff are the best as well:)
