Always love going to see Dr. Behm-Downes! Very kind and always addresses my concerns and worries no matter how small it is. Lucas always loves seeing her and all the nurses on staff. Thank you guys for making us always feel welcomed! Will be brining my second child here when he's born!

Our normal pediatrician told us to go here for urgent care, 5 month old with very high fever, we went first thing in the morning, no other patients in the lobby or in the parking lot and they tell us to go somewhere else.

We explain that our Dr told us to go here and this was urgent, and the staff didn't care one bit, told us there's no way we could get medical care at this office.

So now we are rushing to the ER, horrible office and staff who don't care, aren't interested in helping, and total indifference to baby's condition.

I took my child to Nemours for almost a year in Winter Garden and never had billing issues. Once the winter Garden location merged with Windermere my experience has been nothing but miscommunication billing errors and no responses or extremely late responses from the billing team. The front desk staff would always have new bills for me to pay for when I came in even though I pay for my visit at the visit in total when it’s due. All of sudden missing charges show up way after my appointments saying I owe more money with no explanation from anyone as to why they keep having issues billing me correctly the first time. I have switched offices and will not be returning.
