Esther used to work with me for SCO family of services in New York. We were able to manage a caseload of 6-12 members that needed resources from the community. Ester was super personable and very encouraging! She gave me lots of ideas/suggestions (which was what I needed). Ester was very laid back and always had a friendly smile on her face. At the end of every session she gave me an "assignment" and asked follow up questions at our next session. Even outside of the "assignments", I always left our sessions with something that I hadn't thought of before :-).
