I had vertigo on and off for a year and in recent weeks it was more severe. Finally found Doctor DeMars service and contacted her. She was amazing!
After some testing she found out what ear canal was affected. She treated them and issue solved!
She came to see me twice. After the first visit I noticed a tremendous improvement. I definitely recommend Doctor DeMars.

Sara was wonderful to work with! Clear in her communication, always prompt for her appointments, and successful in taking my vertigo symptoms from a 10/10 (I felt like I was free-falling from a plane the day it hit) to a full recovery in just a few weeks! She was open to my thoughts and feelings, did extra research for the uniqueness of my issue, and made me feel as if I was a valuable patient that she was committed to helping. She left me with written exercises to continue after she was finished working with me, and a game plan in case I had any issues in the future. I highly recommend Sara and Neuro PT!

What a Godsend Sara has been! Sara’s positive attitude and energy along with her in-depth knowledge has been our saving grace. My husband has regained his strength & mobility and can now be considered for the liver transplant he desperately needs. My mother has terrible rheumatoid arthritis and got a complete knee replacement. Post surgery we tried the insurance provided physical therapist first, and quickly concluded that private pay was the way to go. Luckily for us Sara was recommended. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and accommodating. She tailored the PT regimen to treat my mother as whole not just her knee. And the rehab has been wonderful. Thank you again for being so good to my mother. Neuro PT is the best.

Sara is very knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. She came to my house and after her examination, she gave me three maneuvers that I can do on my own to fix the dizziness I was experiencing. I would get dizzy when I moved my eyes up and down and left and right. I am a landscaper, so those movements are required all the time. I lived with this for 6 months. After going to neurologists and having a ct scan and MRI, I tried Sara, after a recommendation from my chiropractor. I was cured after 2 days! Now I feel very confident that I won’t get dizzy during normal everyday movements.

Sara Is a wonderful compassionate therapist. She always took into consideration how I was feeling during the therapy. She never pushed me beyond what I could do but gave me pointers to accomplish our objective. She was very professional and always prompt. I’ve been to other facilities but I love the one on one I received with her. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for in-home therapy. You won’t regret it.
