Neuro Wellness Spa has been such a blessing to find. I can’t believe the amount of care and understanding from Rica Beck, she is a wonderful and very understanding individual. Dr. Shih was my initial provider and then referred me over to Rica. They are both amazing! I would definitely recommend anyone that is in need of mental health support to Neuro Wellness Spa. The amount of support that is provided is unlike anything I have ever encountered as a patient that needs help with mental health. I am not from the area, yet video calls are always available on behalf of the NWS. I am so blessed to have found this establishment and have been put under Rica's care. Thank you to everyone who contributes to the excellent service of the mental health community. Be sure to come here if need be, they’re wonderful people!

I have had a great experience so far with Neuro Wellness Spa since I started working with Rica Beck (PMHNP) in January. Rica was very empathetic to my situation when I started, especially as I was transferring my care from another doctor/office where I had a poor experience and was a bit wary starting somewhere new. Rica immediately made me feel comfortable, heard, & cared for, and I have continued to feel that on a monthly basis in our sessions. She is very knowledgeable, explains treatment options thoroughly, and always asks helpful questions to make sure my current treatment or medication is still the best option for me.

Neuro Wellness Spa also has made booking and adjusting appointments SUPER easy. As someone with ADHD and anxiety, scheduling appointments in general is HARD (and if I have to call?! forget it!!) Rica always schedules our next appointment at the end of each session, which is KEY, and being able to text Daniel to make adjustments and reschedule is amazing. They also send at minimum 3 reminder texts & have you confirm the appointment about 3 days in advance, which for me is very helpful.

I was initially terrified to begin TMS treatment, but Dr. Shih quickly put those fears to rest, and I couldn't be happier with Neuro Wellness's care and hospitality throughout my treatment. Jocelyn has been amazing in making the duration of my treatment as comfortable as possible, and both Daniel and Rica have been responsive to every question or concern I've had from the beginning. The clinical staff are so professional, caring and so empathic when it comes to your mental health needs. You feel safe and be able to share your thoughts and emotions. The entire staff is so nice and makes sure you are comfortable. I have had a great experience with Jocelyn doing TMS therapy on me. She did such a good job explaining the process and has been just wonderful. I also have had a great experience with Dr.Shih and Daniel.
