I absolutely LOVE my therapist, Brenda! She is so easy to talk to and she is very kind & compassionate. She really listens to me and she helps provide me with resources & tools to cope effectively. I have learned a lot because of Brenda and I feel like my mental health is much better thanks to working with her. I highly recommend her as a therapist. I also recommend New Beginning in general as a practice. They are always clear with their communication and do a good job reminding me of my appointments. Overall, I highly recommend!

I am so beyond happy with my therapist Maria!!! she’s amazing, she’s so easy to talk to and very caring and you could tell that she doesn’t do this for a simple paycheck but because she really cares for her patients. My daughter has been seeing Brenda for about a year now and we love her! ❤️ She is VERY patient with our daughter and has really figured out the roots of her problems. The communication Brenda provides with myself and husband are excellent as well. She includes the parents as well and has taught me so many useful tools. I highly recommend her for other children struggling with mood disorders, family trauma, depression, anxiety etc.

I recently got my daughter enrolled for sessions, when signing her up I clearly told them there was a court order involved they had me send a picture over and still scheduled me with a therapist. We had our first zoom and the therapist tells me she has to speak to her supervisor to see if we can continue visits and that she would give me a call Monday. Monday came around no phone call so I called I let the front desk know that I would like to continue services even if I didn’t have a paper for court they told me they would send over an email to the therapist to let her know. Tuesday came around still no phone call so once again I called she finally called me back Wednesday saying they cannot continue services due to the court order so I Explained to her that I would like to continue sessions even if They couldn’t give me anything for court like I told them at the front desk to let her know. She told me she would contact her supervisor once again and get back to me two days have passed and I have yet to hear back. They are no help. Why schedule me if they don’t work with court orders when I clearly stated it when making an appointment.

My therapist is a good fit, and therapy has definitely been helping so far which I'm very glad for, it just sucks since her schedule is so full so have to go a while in between appointments at times. It's understandable though.

My son has been a patient of Brenda for over a year now. I’ve seen an huge improvement in his behavior. She gives him tools to use in his everyday that will help with his anxiety at school/home. Brenda listens and helps with concerns.
