My daughter had attended NCCC for the last three years and we ADORE it! Saran, Whitney, Leyllaniz treat her like she is family! Highly educational safe and fun! My daughter is 3 and already writing her name, using scissors and counting in Spanish! Can not recommend enough!!

We were recommended to this daycare facility after having friends who's children has gone. Management has changed and has since gone downhill in my personal opinion. Our daughter had bug bites constantly, diaper rash every other day, and watched way too much Cocomelon. The policies were not explained from the beginning and we were just expected to know certain things on how daycares run. Even after reading the handbook there were so many other policies that were not touched on. This was our first daycare experience and it left such a bad impression with me. Since she has changed daycares I now see that none of this was ok. Whitney and Margaret were very nice but the rest of the staff were unprofessional and had attitudes when issues were brought up. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone unless you just need glorified babysitting. Can't speak for the VPK program but the toddler class was not up to par if you're looking for quality childcare.
