So happy I found Dr. Royer. She has helped me so much and such a short time. I feel so comfortable with her and she helps me see things in a different way. In the past I would try and seek therapy but never seem to find someone that would get me. I had given up.
She listens but does not tell you what you have to do. I can honestly say that I found myself again with her help.

Her care goes beyond the appointment times fees to find every free service and agency available to assist you. I've never been so encouraged or seen positive results so quickly. In fact, no doctor before her, in 42 years of suffering, knew how to help. She is a blessing if you are lucky enough to be in her skilled care. Also, Dr. Goldstein's office manager, Shanelle, will give you the best experience possible coordinating appointments and encouraging your loved one to show up to appointments and support you also with everything "behind the scenes" to make sure things go as smoothly as possible. Shanelle minimizes your stress and maximizes your "positivity". Shanelle is pure sunshine. And Dr. Goldstein is the universe found anew.

0 stars of possible. From one parent to another do not trust doctor Dan Cronin lic# LMFT82426 CA. He was my child's 4th therapist and as any parent knows your child means the world to you In finding a therapist that connects with your child is supercritical in their progress and growth. My child had a good experience with Dan from therapy perspective however where I am absolutely appalled is how this man even calls himself a therapist. He left the Brea office recently and moved to the Pasadena office. I would have expected a letter from the office or him notifying such a drastic change and offering me as a parent solutions for MY CHILD. Instead I received no notification only from my child who then tried to reach out to him asking for options in which he did not respond to him so I took initiative and reached out to Dan myself asking for alternatives. Because he is the 4th therapist and my child felt connected to him I gave him the benefit of doubt at how he handled this until his true character came out. Below is very cold response from him when I asked for options and expressed my dissatisfaction of how this change to my child's care was mishandled.

FROM DAN-
"I got your message. I don't do Skype sessions. There are many great therapists at the Brea office. Call the intake line, and they will set Tyler up with someone new."

I RESPONDED AS ANY PARENT WOULD-
"I understand that your business changes however when you work with children as a therapist capacity I would expect you would have had more sensitivity arbs professional courtesy to notify the family of the change and responding to the child that reaches out to you. You of all people should know how sensitive these situations are the connections these children build emotionally with their therapist. You should have given us alternatives. your response and lack of sensitivity is unacceptable as a professional That works with children."

DAN'S RESPONSE:
"I am blocking your number."

PARENTS! What kind of a professional therapist that works with children would actually respond that way? ONE THAT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT OUR CHILDREN!. ALL HE HAD TO DO WAS SAY SORRY AND ATTEMPT TO GIVE US A REFERRAL. IS THAT SO HARD? IT IS FOR A COLD HEARTED, INSENSITIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL "PERSON". HE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF ADVERTISING THAT HELPS CHILDREN. IF MY SON KNEW WHAT HE SAID TO ME AND HOW HE DID NOT CARE, HE'D BE BROKEN EVEN MORE. FEELING ABANDONED BY HIS THERAPIST WHO WAS ASSIGNED TO HELP HIM.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH OUR SOCIETY WHEN EVEN LICENSED THERAPISTS WHO STUDY TO HELP CHILDREN DON'T EVEN GIVE A DAMN.

ITS SO DISAPPOINTING.

NEW DAY THERAPY SHOULD DO THE RIGHT THING AND REMOVE THIS SO CALLED "THERAPIST". LET'S SEE HOW MUCH THIS PRACTICE CARES.
