I gave four stars instead of five because I feel my time with Mark and New Era Therapy is currently on the briefer side. It was always my intention to work with him for a limited duration - and I am certain that I would give five stars if engaged for any length of time with him. I am still working with Mark and value what he does. He has a way of taking certain things, and in one single comment, shining a light onto something that could use greater attention - I appreciate that!

He does not care about you, only your wallet.

UPDATE: I saw the response left and no where did I mention I expected the session to be free. He clearly did not read what I wrote and tried to misconstrue and gas light. I have ALWAYS paid at the end of each session with no issues. I stand by my original review, he is not a therapist that cares about people. He only cares about $$$&

Mark is great! He has the experience that a lot of counselors lack. You feel like he knows you personally after just a few sessions. Highly suggest him.

After all ... everyone needs help.
If you think you don't, you need it even more than you know. Get real with your self.

Mark is very professional, kinda and a great listener. Mark helped me out when I really need to speak to someone and got me an appointment very quick. He gives great advise. I would recommend mark if you are in need of mental health support.

Here I am so looking forward to seeing this doctor, even went out of my way to check to see what my co payments are as he requested. And just like that, dismisses me so casually, with no empathy and explanation. There was no issues whatsoever, but I guess you probably will go out of your way to do it on here to save your image? You really suck as a person, truly!

Mark is a very good therapist. He gives homework to do and even recommends reading material. The questions asked are designed to make a person focus on a direct issue.
