If you're dealing with any trauma or issues from relationships - you should definitely call Abhi. He's great at helping address how we view ourselves so that we don't live out of old narratives. He's trained in a really helpful technique that helps with trauma so that people don't have to stay stuck in those memories forever.

He's very responsive so you don't have to wait forever to get in! Very kind and knowledgeable of what you're going through.

I primarily work with couples therapy but I see a lot of couples that have unaddressed trauma that's hijacking their relationships. He's one of the main trauma therapists that I recommend in the area.
