Highly recommended, Dr Cohen is exactly what you would want in an individual/couples therapist. Most importantly he gives you the tools and teaches you how to use them vs trying to solve your individual problems.

Dr Cohen took me as a new patient when I needed his expert direction in my life the most. I had two major life changing traumatic events happening together. He guided me toward self healing and preservation in order to live a healthy productive life. I continued our sessions to stay in line with good mental health. Then Covid hit and I lost my job. I felt hopeless and fell away from all my close relationships including my sessions with Dr Cohen. But I reached out to him this year after Covid almost took my life and he once again equipped me to live as a responsible healthy adult. I was back on track in no time. His support and encouragement has been priceless to me. I still feel that our sessions are a staple in who I am today because he keeps me accountable for the clear thinking and healthy lifestyle that I am so worthy of living. As a somewhat new patient who is going through a rather tumultuous time, I am very grateful to have had the pleasure of finding Dr. Larry Cohen. Prior to finding him, I had completed a thorough search around the area for a therapist or psychologist, even going to intakes and meeting with others… but never quite finding someone of his caliber. I have also had many therapists over the years and can confidently say finding one you align with can be hard work. Also, to preface this, I just want to say this is a lengthy review…but if you’re like me and were looking google at reviews trying to find someone you can trust, I hope this is helpful. Needless to say, I am really pleased to find someone with his experience, compassion and expertise. His therapy style feels unique and has been immensely helpful to me. Dr. Larry Cohen is extremely insightful, offering advice and direction in regards to life coaching, but also utilizing other therapeutic modalities while truly listening to his clients. He offers a nonjudgmental, supportive practice, pushes back gently when necessary, and has helped me from feeling completely overwhelmed with everything I have going on. You can tell he loves his profession and cares greatly about his clients. If you have the ability and the means to see him, ( or if you’re struggling or looking for guidance or something else), I highly recommend him! you should absolutely jump at the chance to schedule with him when he has openings available.

Best therapist in Cherry Hill, Dr. Cohen de-mystifies the therapy process and helps break down the self-imposed barriers to success. Helped with self-awareness which is huge for a business owner like me. Helped with goal setting, forming relationships. Highly recommend Dr. Cohen. Dr.Cohen is the best doctor I have met. I have went to numerous different therapists for many years off and on. Yet no one has been able to help me the way Dr.Cohen has. He's kind, helpful, and understanding and my life has changed since going to him. I would recommend him to anyone you will not be disappointed.
