My bad experience was also with the billing department. They were charging me $10 an appointment and continued for 11 appointments. They were persistent on the fact that I had a co payment and I continued to tell them that wasn’t the case. I was 100% covered with no co payment. They were using the wrong code continuously until they finally returned my insurance’s phone calls. They seemed upset because they had to refund me $110. I was owed one more appointment with my therapist, before she left the practice. Coincidentally they stated that I couldn’t see her and they dropped me from their practice, because I stated once my therapist left, I would leave too. All the emails I got were very unprofessional and they didn’t take me seriously until I threatened to report them to my insurance. Be very cautious and pay attention to the card you put on file.

After looking around the entire southeast florida region, I decided to give New Reflections Counseling a try. I don't regret it one bit as the service was great, and the receptionist was extremely welcoming. They were willing to work with me and be extremely patient which is important in Counseling. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any friends or family members.

Dr. Sima is very nice and not quick to just decide this or that. I appreciate that she has taken the time to get to know my kids.
