Our new chemical dependency tech Brittany Jones is so professional, kind, and treats us patients with dignity like humans. She treats us all with respect and is always pleasant. And she gets extra points for having my name 'Brittany " because, we are AWESOME!!

And our new medical assistant Hailey Thompson is so sweet and very professional..these 2 ladies make it a pleasure to be a patient here..they deserve a BIG FAT RAISE!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY MRS.BRITTANY!!

Britney Jones is an AMAZING chemical dependency tech. She has been here for a few months and my experiences with her are ALWAYS pleasant. She has such a sweet laugh, and I've never felt "awkward" with her. She makes the worst part of treatment, (handing someone my UA) such a breeze. She's an integral part of the clinic at this point, and we love her. Lastly, she has true compassion, and you can tell by being near her and talking to her.

I seriously can not believe this place remained open during this snowstorm. Do they not care about their clients safety? They have no problem closing their doors for 4 days when a category 2 hurricane is expected to hit 300+ miles away from here but they can’t close when a freakin snowstorm hits us directly? Insanity … I haven’t been able to go get my meds in 3 days due to being snowed in with the local roads closed as well as the Interstate.
Get it together New Seasons. This is ridiculous & just downright unprofessional!!!!

My favorite people are Brittney Jones and the doctor Katie Convey. They are very helpful and friendly. Keep them around, they ROCK!

I do not understand why when two RN's call out sick that they don't have a list for someone to fill in. This place cannot handle the flow of patience because there's only two nurses working!!! Unbelievable. When we ask for help we're giving nothing but excuses, l feel like a number, a profit, not a patient.

New season has a great staff . I can tell they care . Not just dosing us and on yo the next up. The nurses are very personal , kind , & professional . Thay all get to know you quickly and truly care for you . The counselors are really easy to work with . I come over a 109 miles , one way . The counselors always work my schedule for my ,individual sessions , mostly , T my convenience . If I have a problem , complaint , or help w/ different issues , the director Megan and another boss lady Jasmine , their always available to speak w/ me and both have went out of there way to help me w insurance problems b/c I am disabled and paying cash for about a Yr&1/2, they hired a new insurance/billing manager and Megan got right w/ her . Sam , the new insurance manager , IS Fantastic . My problem fixed in 1 day or a day &1/2 . This has been a huge Blessing. . Thanks for hiring an actual professional , in billing Sometimes , if I am not going to be able to make it to a group,(once a mo) , I go to the Director -and she has allowed me to go to a therapists/counselors, to do an individual session w/ me , instead b/c I was late for group , or have another Dr appt , ect ...
Do a group , an individual session , treatment plan , see the Dr. (When scheduled), that can be teleheath video appointment, )

This place is awesome! They give me a place to be EVERY DAY for between one and THREE HOURS A DAY!!!!
It's also reeeaaallly out of the way, so getting here every day can be a real challenge sometimes, and I love challenges!!! I would regret it if I didn't mention how willing they are to occasionally, suddenly discontinue dosing you for (what often) seems like arbitrary reasons. I don't know bout anybody else, but, for me personally, the crushing horror if methadone withdrawal is something I really crave every so often as it really puts things in perspective. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Edit: i wrote this 7 years ago when I was still a client of this place. Not much has changed aside from the wait times. They definitely got better, later on. That said, this place is still completely messed up. MAT clinics that are 100% for profit are not different from the most stern dealer you've ever had: "can't pay? Go away." This is not the kind of attitude one should be met with when they are seeking treatment.
