General 'customer service' is overall garbage...! Most of the staff have zero respect for the clients...! Very few quality people work here, and you usually leave feeling like you just got crapped on... But, they know, since they're pedaling addictive stuff, they can treat you like garbage and know you'll be back tomorrow for more...! The staff has improved slightly this year, but the employee turnover here is unbelievable...! If they last six months, it's a miracle...!!! Anyway, stay sober and you won't have to come to this miserable place...!

I have nothing but positive things to say about new seasons, Sarasota location. The nursing staff are incredibly supportive and helpful, and really keep that place running smoothly. The new Director is absolutely fantastic! If you’re tired of the same old rat race, give them a chance to help change your life for the positive. You won’t regret it.

They have the most amazing nurses (Mrs. Yoliya, and Mrs. Lynnette) at this location. They actually care unlike alot of other methadone clinics.The counselors are amazing as well. If your looking into getting clean I would definitely recommend going here!

I've been at this location almost 3 years now and I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff here. The doctor (Dr. Trigueiro) is a truly a great doctor. He's incredibly understanding, he really listens and genuinely cares about his patients. The director Lizanne is awesome and really takes the time to get to know each patient & their stories. The nurses here are absolutely wonderful and really great at what they do, especially Leslie & Julie. My councilor Elena is the absolute best and I really look forward to our sessions, which is saying alot because I usually avoid these types of things. She is very easy to talk to and we click really well. Last but not least, Greg the security guy is super nice and has always been incredibly helpfuI. I really owe alot to the staff here and I truly appreciate each and everyone of them. When I moved away from Sarasota I decided I'd rather make the 2+ hour round trip to this location than switch to a local clinic. It's worth every minute of my time.

This is the worst clinic I have ever attended in my life. Even if you follow the guidelines and protocols they find a way to set you back. Take your business elsewhere. Otherwise they will give you trouble over any minute detail they can find. I’ve been going here for over 18 months now and have been in the same phase for a year now.. I haven’t used a opiate since I started treatment their. I’ve been called a liar by staff, I should not be made out to be called a liar after I have been clean for over 18 months now. All I care about is my recovery and new seasons makes my recovery harder!! This place constantly will test your patience! The nursing staff is rude except for Julia. The fact that I have not gone back to using is because I care about my recovery New seasons makes me want to throw my recovery away.

Google and the front door of the building, both say they're open till 1:30 PM. But they close at 1pm ...missed my dose two days in a row because of this...👎👎👎

New season Sarasota is literally the best thing that has ever happened to me and my family and others that I know that have gone for treatment at new season Sarasota particularly. I will start off by saying that I have been to every new seasons from Sarasota to Tampa to Clearwater pretty much the whole West Coast of Florida. Not to go into detail but it was for personal reasons and the sale of a few condos I had in different areas of the West Coast. However I have been been at Sarasota for well over 3 years and I can tell you within that 3 years there has been fantastic changes I can tell you that the director of new season Sarasota, lizanne is the most helpful director and actually cares about every single patient. For anyone that complains about new season Sarasota just go to par and see how you're treated there you're not going to like it at all.. I can tell you that because I myself tried par it didn't work out hence why I started new season Sarasota. Furthermore many clients have come from par to new season Sarasota, and all they can say is what a difference it is New Seasons is very professional very clean and I'm loving the new staff that is being brought in my counselors absolutely wonderful of course the director is done a fabulous job and nursing does a fabulous job as well. I mean when I look forward to going there and seeing my counselor and seeing the staff there that must say a lot about the people and the atmosphere. I know for a fact if you're having issues or you needed something done and you met all the criteria that you would be correctly phased up. However I do think it is our responsibility is patience to ask these questions and look up how the laws work with mats and with certain type of medications on the federal level and the state level they are very strict when it comes to these things and it's not necessarily new season Sarasota dictating these they have to follow a set rules laid out by the government and again it definitely is a responsibility as a patient and it also is irresponsibility for your counselor to explain that to you. However it's all given to you on the first day I mean the wealth of information you're handed you can go over within a couple of days or you can go over the first day of your treatment when you started or when you start to feel better but every single question you have is right there at your fingertips. However I have seen people that have started at this location and have disregarded the information packet which contains everything you need to know. Again if you have a question the director makes herself extremely available I mean she took herself out of her office with a door and put herself in the second Lobby so she is very accessible she's never behind a closed door, she is one of the only directors I've ever seen do that every other director I've seen has an office and has a nice title right next to the door that says director. I would say that the director at new season Sarasota is one of the most helpful and humble like I said above. I may sound like I'm repeating myself because I am but I can't stress to anyone who really cares about their treatment this is the place you want to be tons of support you're able to email counselors if you need to you're able to email the director if you need to you're able to phone them if you need to if you have an issue there's independe number that you can call with a grievance. I only know all of this information because I've been a client for a good amount of time and I can tell you that you have got to put in the work as well. You can't expect anywhere you go whether you're paying or you're getting free treatment, you can't expect them to hold your hand & do everything for you every one of us there is an adult and able to make our own decisions. I find it highly implausible that anyone at new season Sarasota would want you to fail in your recovery. As I've mentioned above it is their primary goal to make sure that you are highly successful. Accepting& responsibility is on each individual patient.

New Season has saved my life!! and that’s not an exaggeration. I walked in their doors several years ago a broken woman it took me a few times to get it because I am hardheaded but each time I would fall they were there to help me get back up WITHOUT JUDGEMENT!! (most importantly) I almost didn’t make it back last year after a night that almost took my life and when I walked into the directors office the following morning I was terrified to tell her what happened not only were both the Director and the doctor completely understanding they made me feel like the fight was worth fighting I know this might sound dramatic to some and that’s because it is it’s life or death. Especially with what’s out in these streets today!! if you’re looking for treatment, that’s actually going to help you You’ve found it!! I have an amazing counselor. (Elena) and like I said earlier the Director (Lizanne) And Doc had a huge impact on me I celebrated a years sobriety back in June and I’m grateful every day my feet touch the floor in the morning!!!
