If you have a job or want quality care this is not the place for you. My fiance and I would come here religiously everyday at 6:30/7 with having jobs at 9:00am and everyday we were late, resulting in us getting let go from our employment for being late. When I brought this up to the counselors she said “Oh well, that is your jobs fault”. I didn’t expect her to change anything but least show some empathy and try to give us some advice because she is a counselor - right? No, this is a state funded clinic that nurses and staff get paid minimum wage and have the worst attitudes, they don’t try to excel or even work. New seasons in Hollywood was by far the best, in and out in 10 minutes. The worst part was they said they accepted my insurance for 5 months and 5 months later they said they never took it and gave me a few thousand dollars of a balance. Sorry but that’s not my responsibility THEY SHOULD TELL YOU WHAT YOU OWE WHEN SERVICES ARE RENDERED. Not 5 months later. Everyone that works here comes in and works for a month or two and then gets fired or quits. I don’t know how they are still open.

I have so much to say but little time, so I'll put this here, Nurse Tonya needs to go, she is absolutely disgusting the way she talks acts and treats the patients and anyone else, the only and greatest person we have is CHRIS he cares and he treats all his patients with kindness even when he had so much going on because he has to pickup the slack of the other staff, and the patients bum rushing him outside before he even gets inside the door, to take off all the stops. Now all new staff some are ok, a few are great, what I can say is if they genuinely do not care about people or recovery they will not last, as us as patients have been through so much we have been here since day one and seen all of the ups and downs, so i pray some are here to stay,, the new director she seems so great, I really did like her, as well as oilver, however some just have a entitled attitude and don't speak to you with respect, your treated like trash, medication issues, payment issues, ect you name it, but speak up and your discharged without your dose, make a review you get written up. Praying our new staff and patients thrive as both have so much to learn now, due to each new Team that comes in the building, have their own set of rules so we are all learning again, just hope Its the last. Recovery is supposed to be something good in your life and you should enjoy sitting with your councilor, not get sick the night before your pick up date, because your stressing over going into the building, each month it's my worse day... I want to thank the new staff for being pleasant some of us are not easy to speak with... New Seasons deserves to thrive, as it has saved many lives..

This is the worse place to work, not for the patients but for the management. They overload you with work and don't care about anything else, patients are not important for this company, is all about making money only, nothing else matters for them, management are just created positions. I was happy working with my patients since they are looking forward to a new and clean lifestyle, but management makes it impossible for them to achieve any goals of sobriety. They don't care about their employees at all.

I gotta say, this clinic is very pleasant. Which, if u been around, u know another one that's NOT. The nurses #2n5 actually look at you & talks to ya like a worthy patient/client. And must say - I've Always been treated with dignity And respect by Staff counselor Eric, Maria, Merlene, and even the Director, nice girl, straight long dark hair, I forgot her name. But she runs a tight ship. Which is important at 6am when we're rushing to get to work on time. Overall, this is My clinic & I'm happy with my treatment there.

Amazing clinic! Started dosing here just over 8 months ago and its changed my life for the better in more than one way. Tina and Eric do a phenomenal job handling everything and showing they really care about their patients, along with some really awesome staff/counselors like Curtis and Maria who go above and beyond for us. Cant recommend this place enough if your looking for a great treatment center

i was a patient here from 2011-2023…saw many changes over that timeframe, all for the better…back in 2011 this place was about as well-funded and well-run as a Haitian refugee boat (no offense to our Haitian brethren…we all want our freedom)…but when i left in 2023 this place was a tightly run ship and i have to believe that much of the credit for that should go to Tina, the program director.

Methadone saved my life. and i’m forever grateful for everyone at this clinic.

The Director, Tina, is an absolutely amazing and wonderful person who knows how to respectfully deal with all of those who give respect and runs the clinic with the utmost professionalism and empathy anyone could ask for! Also, the counselors are almost all top notch! The assistant director, Eric is also a wonderful individual who will do anything he can to assist clients and and and puts a smile on your face with delightful humor almost always. I am more grateful for this place, more than words can articulate. Even more so, I'm grateful for the people who work here and run this facility! 💙👍

Great place, great counselors and the place is getting better and better with time, when I first started coming here, it was a mess but they’ve cleaned up a lot of the riffraff and it seems to be running pretty smoothly now but my only complaint would be communication, it’s hard to get a hold of them on the phone and of course there’s been a few bad apples that I’ve seen come and go over the years who worked there but that’s with any facility. If you’re ready to take control of your life back from the grips of opioid addiction. and finally get things in order this is the place to be. Florida doesn’t offer much help with life-threatening opioid addictions even in the middle of a opioid epidemic that our government created but if you are sick and tired of being broke sick and tired then I highly recommend this place because I’ve tried pretty much everything out there today and this is the only thing that has truly helped me. I know I’ve probably been a handful to deal with myself and I apologize for anything I may have done or said that was wrong when I was at my most vulnerable, but thank you new seasons management and staff for being patient with me. I’m not where I wanna be but at least I’m not where it was and I thank new seasons for helping me get here. If you are in the grips of opioid addiction & hesitant about taking the first step I highly encourage you to give this a try.
