Nextep has helped me get back into recovery and stay clean, regain my mental stability, and helped me get my thoughts together. Its helped me build some better coping skills for daily living also. My individual sessions with my therapist have helped me start to open up and have a chance to talk about the things that are bothering me. Housing is good, we have a good group of men in our house, its a really nice house in a very nice neighborhood. And the staff is really good, they've always been there when I needed them.

Coming to Nextep has been good for me. The structure is very good, the staff, the therapists, everyone that works here have been super helpful. They take the time for us. The housing is great, we have a good relationship in the house. We have access to a lot of outside meetings where we can meet people with clean time and get into recovery. I like that there are nearby NA and AA clubhouses. I've been to other treatment programs and this one has been the best. Its been a good decision for me to come here.

Being around sober people is helping me to stay sober myself. My biggest problem is when I'm around people that are drinking and using, I fall back into drinking and using again, so being here is helping me to lay the groundwork to be able to stay sober on my own. The people here in this program care about how we are doing. The therapy sessions have been helping me, and are showing me how to build healthier coping skills also. The staff are really honesty, caring and nice. I'm glad I came to this program.

I have been able to build some new coping skills, I've been able to get stabilized on my medications, I am becoming more open-minded and social since I got here. My sessions with my therapist have been very helpful, she gives me insight as to what I should be working on and that's helped me a lot. The rest of the staff have been really helpful and nice. I think this is a good program and I would recommend it to people needing help with getting clean.

Being here has helped me realize that I needed help and change my negative outlook into one that is more positive. I've been working on a better me, my relationships and myself overall, being happy, more independent and learning to love myself. I like all of the treatment sessions, the groups and and the individual sessions. My one on one sessions help me feel like I'm being heard and I get positive feedback. The groups give me a chance to learn from others. The staff is great as well, they go above and beyond to help us. I'd definitely recommend this program to others.

Nextep has helped me tremendously. It's helped me set healthy boundaries, helped me with my confidence and social skills, helped me stay sober, and encouraged me to attend AA meetings and work closely with my sponsor. Nextep believes in me. Group therapy helps me learn tools, such as the 12 steps, coping skills, problem-solving skills, compassion for others, and techniques to trust others. Individual therapy has helped me to come to terms with problems I was hiding that I could not face, believe in myself, and strengthen my family relationships. I love the staff. Everybody is genuinely warm, loving, and caring. I would recommend Nextep to anyone suffering from addiction and mental Illness.

This program has helped me to build my accountability, more than I've ever had in the past. It is helping me put my life into perspective. The group sessions are teaching me valuable advice about the need to go to meetings and stay clean and sober and build coping skills. The therapists have helped me learn how to find the right twelve step meeting for me to help me in my recovery. The staff has been great, the therapists are always willing to listen and help us deal with our issues and work towards solutions. The techs have been great, they are always available when I've needed them. This has been a good program and experience for me.

Being here has helped me improve and start taking my recovery more seriously than I have in the past and when I was at Banyan before I got here. I'm getting stable with my mental health due to staying clean and being on the right medications. My recovery has started to grow, I'm liking meetings now which I haven't in the past. I'm starting to open up more and its been helping me. Housing is setup great, staff has been great from the director, to therapists and the techs. Everyone has been very welcoming and accepting. Its a good program and I enjoy being here.
