I can't explain how much I love this therapy place. They have shown so much compassion toward myself and family. Helping me work through the grief of losing my husband and also helping me heal from childhood trauma. The approach has been helpful but not pushy. It's allowing me to make my life better and make sure my future is amazing.

When we were referred to Next Step in 2021, my son was struggling with issues that stemmed from him having ASD and he was feeling very defeated. In the 2 years since he started seeing a counselor weekly, he has shown tremendous growth and it's inspiring. He's had a wonderful team that provides encouragement and direction. His counselor challenges him but in a way that he is able to understand and he has flourished greatly. Confidentiality is important to her and I always look forward to my monthly meeting with her because she gives me a lot of encouragement and helps me make the right decisions for our family. I could go on and on, but I have and will continue to recommend Next Step Counseling. They have made an impact on my child's development that I will never take for granted.

Mrs. Bianca Weber, Destiny Wineland, as well as, Nicole Mitchell are who I have dealt with personally. They are all WONDERFUL ladies who care so much about their clients! My daughter saw Mrs. Bianca & she was not only my daughters therapist, but she treated us more like family! She also helped me in so many ways! I can still call or txt her, Destiny or Nicole anytime & they are always quick to respond or help in any way they can!! Definitely recommend!!

We did everything expected of us to do. We started the process in November, through the school using Medicaid. Our son was assigned to two different counselors and he never seen either 1 of them for a session. Lack of communication through the facility and the counselors themselves on his treatment or lack of treatment. It was pointless to be honest. Stopped his services today at the end of January that never started to begin with.

If I could put a zero I would, be careful because the counselors share information to others and you’ll become the talk of the town, Rochelle is definitely a man hater and will discourage you from sharing anything with your spouse if you are a female. The office is never open on time unless one of the gentleman get there early and the doctors there especially the Hispanic woman all she can do is write scripts be careful because they don’t care. And Kelsey the office manager is probably the most dimwitted unprofessional person I have ever experienced. It’s not worth $240 an hour that they bill your insurance company for.

Destiny Wineland has been amazing with my son Ezra i feel like we've actually gotten somewhere with him he is doing so awesome! A big thank you to Destiny we sure are gonna miss her.

There was no communication for over 4 months. They yelled at my child. My child is more traumatized after using this place. Do not do it. Still trying to figure out how to contact the state and report them.
