We LOVE Nicole! My son talks about her all the time since starting at her daycare. I really care about who I leave my son with and Nicole has been the perfect fit since day one.
My son just turned 3 so he's in his "threenager" stage and Nicole handles it with love, support, and sternness. My son tells me if someone was mean to him, or rude and he has nothing but love for her.
I work at the schools so being able to not worry about who I leave my child with is a HUGE relief!
I will say, I absolutely highly recommend. 10/10 in my book.

Our kids love this daycare like a home away from home. They always come home full of great things to share and how fun their day was. Nicole is an amazing provider who goes above and beyond for the kids under her care and we appreciate her so much! If you’re looking for the right daycare this is definitely the one! Also, she answers her phone when you need to reach her which was a big one for me because I am all about communication and she is the best on updating what’s going on and sending photos so you know how your child is doing.

Nicole, offers such an amazing, safe and trustworth daycare. I'm a first time mother, and was apprehensive of putting my toddler into daycare. But the moment I met her, and toured her facility, I automatically knew that my daughter would be safe with her.

My mother, father and especially my toddler have grown to just adore and LOVE Nicole. She's amazing! I know my baby is in a safe space, because when its time for pick up, she DOES NOT want to leave! I absolutely LOVE having my daughter here, and I would not choose nor trust anyone else with my baby.

Nicole is absolutely amazing. I could not have found a better person who truly enjoys what they do and treats me and my child like family. She has given me a piece of mind I didn't think I would ever have again after my mom passed. It's a great feeling knowing your child is not only well taken care of but also loves going to their daycare. Every morning my 1 year old is excited to get dressed and ready to go. Practically pulling me out the door to leave lol. I will never take my kids anywhere else.

Being a full time father and having to work can be difficult sometimes especially when it comes to child care and daycare. The owner Nicole made it super easy, and my kids fell in love with her and the daycare. Its a very clean loving environment, she does crafts and projects with the kids and spends quality time with them. I love the projects and crafts that she does and sends home with my kiddos.. Its amazing to have a wonderful daycare in our town. Thanks for all you do for the kiddos.. I'd give more than 5 stars if Google would let me..

My children, ages 7 & 3, always enjoy their time at Once Upon a Time Daycare. We drop in on occasions & they are always excited to go. Nicole provides a great atmosphere and personal experience at her in home daycare!

After less than two weeks of attending Once Upon a Time daycare, services for my 2 1/2 year old were terminated. My daughter is on the autism spectrum. Nicole, the provider, told me that having her did not feel like a good fit after just a few days of having her. This was decided after my daughter tried to run the opposite direction (towards the street) during a field trip. I at least commend Nicole for her honesty about the situation, but was a bit disappointed in the lack of patience, understanding, and experience she had in dealing with an autistic child. She essentially told me that she did not feel she could handle watching my daughter after that one incident unfolded since she had others to take care of. I don't understand that, seeing as she is lisenced to run a daycare and should be able to handle the 8 kids that allows for, regardless of if they have a disability or not, but I suppose that's a different story. No hard feelings. I could tell that dealing with a child with special needs overwhelmed Nicole and was not something she was very familiar with, she constantly told me that she even had anxiety and felt it was a lot to manage. On a positive note, I will say that her home was very clean and well organized. Anything dangerous or breakable was put away or kept out of reach. She had a lot of toys for the kids to play with and lots of fun stuff for playing outside in the yard. You can tell she really tried to make it a fun place for children to play when mom/dad are gone at work. She was great about communication too. I recieved a ton of picture/text updates during the day, which was very nice. This was our 4th daycare so far, a lot of other places don't offer pictures during the day, so this was a nice personal touch. My child also never came home hungry. Overall we had a good experience, despite not getting through the two week trial. Nicole even referred us to another daycare in the area to try to help us transition. I know she felt bad. Wish she reffered us before we started with her honestly, would have saved me a lot of time and stress. Nonetheless, if your child has special needs of any sort, I don't recommend Once Upon a Time. Go to an actual preschool or a place with more than one instructor. You'll be better off.
