Reached out to have a conversation with someone on services provided. Left all needed details along with insurance and reasons seeking long term counselor. Left two messages over a 7 day period. Never received a return call. No one ever answers the phone. I must say, that in THIS profession especially, when people are in need of someone to talk to, a no return call/acknolwedgement, or even enough respect to acknowlege msg received is HIGHLY disappointing and disheartening. I understand that the voice prompt states that "we will call you back IF we have openings with your particular insurance", BUT a little human kindness, acknowledgment of msg received, and a little respect would be the right thing to do....over simply dismissing having ever receivingg a reach out phone call. As a result, no longger interested in this place or any of its providers. Be better than this, for human kindess. Shame on you.

I've reached a point where I sought assistance through Kaiser and diligently scheduled an appointment. However, my experience today during the video appointment was less than satisfactory. Surprisingly, upon reaching the scheduled time, I found myself waiting. In an attempt to understand the situation, I contacted the office, only to discover that the healthcare professional I was supposed to consult with was unexpectedly absent due to illness. What added to the frustration was the complete lack of communication - no text, no call, and even an email informing me of the situation.

It's worth noting that we, as patients, must sign an extensive legal agreement, which imposes an $80 charge for non-attendance. Yet, there seems to be no corresponding accountability when the healthcare provider fails to uphold their end of the bargain. There was no contingency plan or alternative solution, just a casual rescheduling for the following week at 2 p.m.

This experience leaves me with the impression of a rather unprofessional and unhelpful practice that seems to prioritize its convenience over the needs of the patients seeking assistance.
