The owner, Cliff, called to chat about this review. Cliff seemed genuinely interested in my child's well being and prioritized that in the conversation more than payment or the situation at hand even offering to help find other providers. For that I am genuinely grateful. Months later still no word from Hailey or her supervisor however I am grateful someone from that office cares enough to reach out. Thank you, Cliff.

My child was seeing Hailey Nantt for several months. The initial visit was nice, with the exception of the therapist demanding we come weekly, bi-weekly at minimum which was different than the monthly visits we were accustomed to. It took us weeks to find an available therapist so I obliged. In the interest of my child’s physical safety, I asked to communicate regarding a comprehensive plan to assist the therapy efforts outside of the counseling office. After weeks of attempting to chat with my child’s counselor, I was finally allowed in. Respecting the confidential conversations, my goal was to be on the same page as the therapist. Within 3 minutes I was told that I had no interest in helping my child, offered resources on, “how to be a good parent,” and offered another ultimatum to leave. This particular therapist has talked to me a total of 15 minutes over the course of months and determined all of that judgment before our second, and last time ever speaking. The following day I was sent a follow up email reiterating her need to keep conversations confidential (again, not what I was asking for) and for the third time telling me I am welcome to go somewhere else if I do not want to participate in Hailey’s regimented, dictatorial practice. Hailey has shown ZERO interest in the child’s life outside of the office, family dynamics, previous history, or communication. My child leaves the office sad and remains that way for a couple days. After chatting with Hailey, I understand why: she is rude, demeaning, degrading, and practices based on an abundant amount of assumptions. She has demonstrated no interest in actually communicating, only dictating. The one time she did reach out to me was to update payment information. It has also recently come to my attention Hailey Nantt is not actually licensed to practice therapy! We have since accepted the offer to stop going to the oppressive, greedy office. There is a reason she had openings when no one else did, save yourself and your child the heartache!

Cliff really helped me through a hard time in my life. It was a new experience to therapy, to have a therapist who really, genuinely cares about their client. Cliff really took time to listen to what I said. He taught me many things about the human mind and why we react to certain situations in the ways we do but most importantly he provided me with the tools to break the unhealthy habits I had formed and the map to get back to the happy person I once was. Thank you Cliff
