I brought my uncle here from another facility a few days ago and so far everything has great on Northbrook's end. They are quick to address problems that started at a previous facility. My uncle is much happier and doing a lot better in Northbrook. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is nice and clean.

The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable.The team was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. This facility is immaculate. And the staff is very friendly. My friend says that the care is excellent and the food is fabulous. If you need a rehab facility. This should be your choice

I spent the afternoon with my mom yesterday and I would be remiss if I did not leave a great review for Ava! Ava was very attentive to my mom’s needs, very gentle and kind. Her bedside manner is excellent and she is a top notch quality caregiver. And many thanks to Ashley, administrator at the facility for her help!

I want to commend Tina on the fantastic job she is doing as activity director. I was visiting with my dad one afternoon and was so pleased to observe the well thought out and engaging activity she had planned for the residents. I can tell Tina is fully in her element and cares about what she does. The young lady that assisted her was energetic and also very attentive to the residents.

My grandmother was admitted to Northbrook for short term rehab and then transitioned to long term care there. She had the most wonderful therapy team working with her day in and day out. When she needed long term care, The social services team was fantastic, helping my family convert her to LTC and apply for a change of insurance. The nursing team went above and beyond there, and whenever we needed administration for anything, someone was always available. My family would highly recommend this facility for either rehabilitation or long-term stays.
