NWA Premier Therapy

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Victoria (Torie) Sullivan and the Premier Therapy practice. The thought of adequately trying to convey all of said wonderful things in a single review is nothing less than overwhelming. That said, it is an honor to review someone who has forever impacted my life in the best possible way. I first started seeing Torie for co-parenting counseling, and it was apparent from the first session that she saw things I didn’t think other people saw. She saw things I didn’t even see myself. Her keen observations made practical sense and were full of real sourced material. She identified a characteristic in my child that helped me gain a better understanding of my child and change the way I parent. My child and I have the sweetest relationship, I am her safe space, and I owe a lot of that to Torie’s guidance. I knew immediately that I wanted to meet with Torie 1:1 to discuss my own personal challenges. I am thrilled to share that it was not the stereotypical “so, how does that make you feel?” session. I’ve experienced those, and they simply left me feeling sad and still helpless. I’d spew my guts out only to be left without tools to address any kind of anything. Torie is a teacher. She is a mentor. She is a friend. She is so knowledgeable in both academia and practical advice. I can’t begin to tell you how many “ah-ha” moments I’ve had with her, and here I was always considering myself a pretty self-aware person. She is full of empathy and she’s SMART. She has taught me practical ways to deal with life and the people in it. She’s made me aware of my own inner narratives and given me the tools to make meaningful change. I was, in a sense, lost when I first started my sessions with Torie. I didn’t know which end was up; I was in a fog; I didn’t know what hit me. She helped me make sense of things, which to say was incredibly valuable is an understatement. She helped me see things for what they were. She helped me put all the strewn out pieces of a complex puzzle together, so that I could see and understand and learn and be better for it. Torie is a wizard and she will always be thought of and spoken of with admiration and love.

I've been to many therapists and Torie has been the most helpful. I've felt safe, supportive and inspired by the overall feeling of the office and from Torie. Because of the great support and the learning, I've gone through about myself, my entire life has changed for the good. I understand why and who I am. I have learned to navigate through situations and life smoothly and with a calmness I've never had. They are supportive of all types of people and believes, working within the structures that are comfortable to me. I'm so lucky to have found NWA Premier Therapy, so lucky!

Torie is amazing! Her gentleness, patience and kindness are unparalleled - she meets you where you are (wherever that may be) and customizes her approach to fit you. I saw Torie for about 3 years and my anxiety is all but gone while my confidence and belief in myself have skyrocketed. Torie has provided me the guidance and tools to unlock the magic within myself and share that with those around me. The difference that Torie has made in my life is simply remarkable. Thank you Torie for reminding me that everyone wants to sit in the sparkle seats!

I saw Sara for over 6 months, and she changed my quality of life for the better. I don't know where I'd be without her. She was compassionate and understanding. She has several techniques to help you understand and deal with your trauma. I would recommend her 100%.

Sara is one of the most genuine people I've come across in the field. There was never a point where treatment became stale, or where I felt my best interests weren't always at the forefront. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone, and I truly feel equipped to handle anything that comes my way thanks to her assistance.

I have been a patient of NWA Premier Therapy for a year now. Torie has been a wonderful support, and I have learned so much from her! The staff is nothing but courteous. Most of all, neurofeedback has been life-changing for me! I have suffered from migraines for 42 years. They are GONE. Neurofeedback has helped me in many other aspects, too. If you are considering it, DO IT. Just commit yourself to showing up and receive the wonderful benefits.

I was new to therapy and Sara made the experience so enjoyable. She was super easy to talk to and helped me with processing my thoughts. Sara's so genuine and great in her profession. I would recommend her to anyone!!

Torie and the NWA Therapy Team have been an integral part of my children's healing through intense trauma. They saw her regularly for Neurofeedback therapy (a few months) and counseling (about a year) and are both on a happier, healthier path now. I am grateful...so very grateful!
