After spending a long time finding a therapist that I resonated with I found Alejandra. She is the best!!! She has helped me so much in my mental health journey. She is compassionate and makes you feel comfortable and heard. She has definitely become my safe space and has helped me overcome so much in the little time I’ve been seeing her. My son is receiving therapy from Glender Curras and we are most appreciative for his help. he gives my husband and me great and helpful advice when we need it. we are talking and exchanging messages regarding what is going in our son life as well as what is going on with him with out breaking confidentiality.

I was excited because for the first time in my adult life I made the wise decision to seek help. But, during my session Glender told me that my trauma wasn’t traumatic enough for therapy and that I needed to forgive and let go. I was appalled and angered because he doesn't live in my shoes. The comment was extremely ignorant and insensitive. I also had an issue when the facility kept charging a $60 charge to my card.

Terrible organization, no communication skills between therapists and receptionists, and the cherry on top is the violation of my privacy by writing my full diagnosis on my insurance statement for my whole family to see. Don't go here if you value your mental health.
