This was a wonderful place to get a great massage. Don't let the size of the place fool you. It's absolutely delightful. My friend called to make the appts and they were extremely accommodating especially on a weekend!

Michelle was wonderful and works wonders with her hands and elbows. She listened to me about problematic areas, adjusted her pressure when asked, and did a well rounded massage in 60 mins! Came out feeling like I was on clouds. She really got into my hamstrings, gastrocs and into my shoulders.

Will definitely come back! Great experience!

I had some serious muscle spasms in the shoulder blade area. Very uncomfortable to move with pinching and burning pain. Having been to "One Spirit Massage" years ago (for lower back muscle spasms) I knew again this was where I needed to be! The receptionist was able to get me into an appointment with Michelle. After 1 treatment, I was able to move with less restriction and pain. I followed up with a 2nd massage the same week which helped me gain even more movement and no pain! Michelle is wonderful!!! Highly skilled, listened to my health history and concerns and explained her technique before beginning the massage. I immediately felt confident in her ability which helped me to relax and benefit from her treatment. The rooms are very relaxing atmosphere, quiet and clean. Even the walk up to the facility greets you with a good feeling. Then you walk inside, and you begin to feel the serenity and calmness. One Spirit Massage and the excellent, individualized treatment and service I received from Michelle is well worth the cost. If you are in the area and need a massage, whether it be for muscle spasms or relaxation, give One Spirit Massage a call...you will not be disappointed!!!

This is definitely your go to for a relaxing, healing massage. The first time I had Travis and he was amazing and so knowledgable about reflexology and lympathic treatments. The second time I had Lea and WOW, that woman has strong hands and such a lively, fun spirit. I will definitely make this my regular place to unwind and complete my self care in 2025 and beyond :).

Travis was absolutely wonderful with me. He worked on my hands, arms, back, neck as well with my legs and feet. He asked me if I had any specific problems but I told him I just needed a nice massage to help me relax due to stress. The massage lasted 60 mins and what a relaxing 60 min it was!!! If we ever travel back this way I will most definitely come back! Great experience!
