I didn't know what to expect going into my first biofeedback session at One Tree Wellness. While I consider myself healthy, I've struggled with a bunch of issues that seem to fall through the cracks of traditional doctors - arthritis, nerve damage from minor accidents, digestive problems, and addictive tendencies. Dr. Jamie helped me find answers to questions I've long struggled with, and point out areas of weak energy flow. I'm shocked that my treatment plan focuses on rest, diet, and time in nature instead of just prescribing pills and ordering more tests. The salt cave was an amazing bonus that really helped ground me in the experience. I'll definitely be back!

I recently enjoyed a couple of sessions with Dr. Jamie. To be honest I was a bit skeptical that quantum biofeedback would work for me. I actually had just had surgery and was having a really hard time mentally and physically. It was taking me such a long time to get back to my old self and feel good energy. I highly recommend Dr. Jamie and One Tree Colorado. I was diagnosed in Oct. 2020 with heart failure caused by a virus. I was searching for a wellness that was holistic and not more medicines. My heart has since made a full recovery, but I still take a ton of medicine….and was looking for a detox. I also experienced a recent brutal break-up and really needed someone to talk to.
