THERE IS NO “URGENT CARE HERE! Be prepared to wait at AT LEAST TWO HOURS TO BE SEEN. I could have driven to 50 other urgent care centers for the time I have been waiting in excruciating pain! Overcrowded- not enough providers to take care of the people who need to be seen. Reception said 30 min wait- I have been waiting an hour and a half in a cramped tiny room full of sick people. Reception should be honest and upfront and let people know they wont be seen for hours! Clear out the lobby and let people go to a better more efficient place. There are plenty of other centers around. Im sure no one would be waiting here if they knew the TRUTH ABOUT HAVING TO WAIT HOURS TO BE SEEN!

This is a tiny, cramped Urgent Care facility that's not conducive to Primary Care. You end up in a crowded waiting room with flu, COVID19, and other infectious patients.

One Stop Urgent Care is filled with some of the nicest employees ever! The staff are extremely knowledgeable! The office and rooms are super clean & well kept up with! My husband and I both come here whenever we need our medical needs met!

I have been here twice. Once for my child and once for myself. Both times were great experiences. Staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I know there were two people ahead of me but I was seen surprisingly quick. The Dr was kind and knowledgeable. I left both times very impressed.

I came in for blood work concerned about the health of my heart paid out of pocket and I told them I work on the road and couldn't get back for a couple weeks came in 1 day late past my appointment and tried to reschedule being as I was going back out on the road to Texas to work for 3 more weeks and told them I only had 4 days home to get my blood work read to me and asked if they had anybody there that could read my results to find out if there was any immediate health issues going on that I may need to be made aware of and they said that's what appointments are for...I told them to email me my results and I'll find another doctor to read them. This was supposed to be my first meeting with a primary care physician and I sure am glad I didn't meet with him because I don't think this is the type of personal care I'm looking for.

I'm a little confused, if a business says they close at 12:00pm doesn't that mean they stop attending to people by 12? Not I have my bag ready and closed down the system to walk out the door at 12. There door was still unlocked at 11:53am and the recieptionist told me they are not excepting anymore patients and that they already saw there last patient for the day. As a business you should most definitely state somewhere that at a certain time, you will no longer be accepting patients. By the time I got in my car, they were walking out and locking up. It wasn't even 12 yet. So frustrated right now.

I used Onestop Medical Walk-in in Alachua for conjunctivitis. The staff were pleasant enough, however, for reasons I can't possibly comprehend, they did not accept our AvMed health insurance, so we had to pay $99.00 for the visit. In a tight spot, we paid it, but never again. Finally, I was brought back, and placed in a room in which I waited 45 minutes to be seen by a nurse practitioner; none of which I particularly minded. What I did mind, however, was that when I called back days later to explain the antibiotic eye drops were not eliminating symptoms, I was told I would need to come back in for reevaluation. When asked if we would have to pay the $99.00 again, the receptionist said we would.

Nice employees and doctor. Spoke to her for 10 minutes before they told me they couldn't do anything and I needed to go to a walk in ER to get actually tested. Paid all together with what they charged me at the time and my insurance about $550 dollars and two plus years after the visit they are sending me bills for a phantom 75 dollars they said was not covered by my insurance. I paid off over 4000 dollars in medical bills from the actual people who assisted me and didn't just send me somewhere else by the time they send this random bill. All for ten minutes of time and to be told to go elsewhere. Just save your money if it's anything remotely important go elsewhere.
