Optimal Therapy of NWA

I highly recommend Optimal Therapy of NWA to everyone, especially the Youth! My 10 year old daughter has had multiple knee dislocations and a surgery scheduled; but with 9 weeks of PT twice a week, we have cleared her of the surgery! Brian and Sam handled my daughter’s case with top notch care, knowledge, guidance, and support. We loved coming in every week, it’s the most comfortable, fun, and professional environment we’ve experienced. If I could I’d give them 10 stars!

Jessica really helped me with my foot pain, she was able to give great stretches and exercises to do at home as well! Great atmosphere and clean. Thanks!

I can’t say enough good things about Optimal Therapy! The staff is very professional and fun. I have been suffering with vertigo for years now and it has steadily gotten worse. My Dr. suggested physical therapy and I have to admit I thought she was a little nuts! After all what kind of therapy can you do for vertigo! I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect but after a few minutes of walking through the doors of Optimal Therapy I didn’t think she was nuts anymore! The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable and really worked with me weekly to help overcome this debilitating illness that has reeked havoc upon my life for so many years! Who knew dizzy therapy could be fun! After 7 months I finished my last treatment yesterday and I will say I’m sad to be done but extremely happy my vertigo is gone! I went from having monthly episodes to having no episodes. I highly recommend Optimal Therapy if you are in need of treatment. They will treat you right and work with you whatever your needs are to develop a treatment plan that works for you:) Thank you to all the staff who made my journey back to health such a wonderful experience❤️

This place is the best! A comfortable environment with friendly and professional people. Just the place I needed after experiencing pain for most of my life. The techniques and the exercises they use and teach, as well as the cups and the blading they do have helped me lose that pain. Definitely worth going to, and exactly what you need when required for physical therapy!

Optimal Therapy is a great place to get rehabilitation for any injury or condition needing therapy! They make therapy fun even when it’s hard & they really care about your recovery! Brian was my therapist and is very knowledgeable. I have 4 herniated discs in a row ruptured in different directions. When he couldn’t figure out why one exercise or stretch wasn’t working, he always took time before the next session to look different things up and work on figuring out a solution. He was able to give me hope & relief when I didn’t know if I’d ever find any. He also gave me exercises I will be able to use whenever I need to push my discs back in place, reset my back, or release the nerves being aggravated by tight muscles. I’m so glad I found this place! No need to look anywhere else! As a side note- all the other therapists and staff are really nice and they all seem to work well together and have fun too.

I saw Dr. Liz Davis for 5 months, twice a week at Optimal Therapy and am extremely amazed with how knowledgeable she is! Dr. Liz always had new exercises for me to learn, new ways to handle pain, and manual techniques for decreasing pain as well. I had bilateral hip surgeries and PT has been the absolute best take away from all of this experience. You must move your body and the team at Optimal Therapy knows how to do this! I love their clinic setting as well, very relaxed and comfortable!

It’s been almost two years so I figured it would be a good time to update my review. I was plagued with low back pain for over a decade; trying different PTs, chiropractors, and steroid shots with little to no improvement. After a disc ruptured I was in unbearable misery, but hated the idea of surgery or taking opiates the rest of my life. I decided to give PT one last shot and somehow ended up at Optimal. My improvement was rapid, and after 3 months they sent me home with a customized home exercise program. I’ve been faithfully doing my HEP and I’m a different person. I have full range of motion, no pain, and best of all I can sleep through the night without gnawing tightness keeping me awake! At the end of the day it’s just therapy, and you’ll only get out what you put in. But I know for a FACT that Optimal can give you the best chance for success. *** My therapist at Optimal has demonstrated the utmost level of care and attention to detail. Their constant evaluation and re-evaluation at each session has given me a level of improvement I didn't believe possible. HIGHLY recommended.

Brian Kent is absolutely phenomenal!!! He is clearly passionate about his work and does everything he can do to help his patients get better as soon as possible. He is currently helping me recover from knee arthroscopy and has developed a therapy plan tailored specifically to my needs. He is encouraging, a great motivator, and a genuinely nice human being. I would say that he is, hands down, the absolute best physical therapist in all of Northwest Arkansas.
