A little over 6 months ago (June 27th) I did this live TV interview and immediately after I had my first appointment with Erica at Optimized Life Health.

At this point I had lost 35 lbs on my own but then I went back to school. I was sleeping an average of 4-5 hours, working 10.5 hour shifts, in school full time, 2 toddlers, running a side business and available time to workout became less and less until it was nearly impossible to find the time. As a Veteran I went to the VA for help and that day I was told my blood work came back showing I was pre-diabetic and I had high blood pressure but it was truly an obstacle course months long just to be able to get any help at all.

I chose to seek help elsewhere and reached out to Optimized Life Health. It was truly the best decision I could have made.

Erica the practitioner on site is amazing and very detailed with her work. I am doing her weight loss plan and before getting started, she did a full blood panel and went over every aspect of my health and really helped me dig in to making a plan to live a better life I never felt rushed or pressured to purchase anything. It just seems like she really cares and this is her dream job, you can tell the difference of working with someone who loves their job and someone who doesn’t and she is amazing. I cannot recommend this office.

Not many of us are excited to go to the doctor but a visit with Dr. Erica is truly life changing! She directs her focus on you, she takes time to talk and understand your concerns and suggests ways to overcome and fix your concerns but also wants you to research all the options. I recently had a blood panel done, she drew the blood in her office and had the results back in a flash and sent them directly to my email and scheduled and appointment to discuss the good news!! I also love how she will always ask about your life, work, family and remembers if you had a downfall and will definitely make you feel amazing and empowered before you leave that office! I can honestly say I always look forward to our visits! Thanks Erica! You’re the bast!!

Highly recommend Erica. She did not rush the appointment at all. She sat and talked with me for well over an hour, and heard what my concerns and issues were. Then she put thought into the feedback that she gave me and we worked on a comprehensive plan to kick off treatment. She didn’t push anything on me that I wasn’t comfortable with. I felt like I had to say in my care. She also trusted my concerns and thoughts as to symptoms. It was such a nice experience to have a provider actually listen and not rush you out of an office. I also felt that when I left the office if I needed to text or reach out via phone, she would be available for me to answer further questions. It was a unique experience. Very happy that I decided to book an appointment with her.
