It is Sad to say, that after coming to this doctor for 22 years, I have never felt rejected by the front
Receptionist. Her zero Empathy and attitude deserves this review. My son was seen last week for an ear infection, and it has just worsen?he was not seen by dr Ali. Today I tried so hard to do a walk in, so they can look at his ear again and I was 100 percent rejected. I know this place doesn’t do walk ins anymore. But they should take their patients more seriously depending on there illness. I will looking around for a new doctor for my four kids. I brought my 22 yr old here since a newborn, my middle son 17, my 10 year old son, and my 18 month baby girl. ?

The front receptionist are not friendly and dismissive. There are only two friendly nurse practitioners that work here. They have you wait a long time once you are in the waiting room.

went only once before switching. Doctor wasn't that friendly or approachable but what bothered me is that he referred my 2 week old son to a heart specialist just because he was crying. crying like an unhappy newborn would normally cry at their first doctors appointment. with no explanation and even an annoyed look to my partner because she couldn't get him to stop.

Doctors are great but up front staff is not. They don’t schedule properly and they need to be more time efficient, be more open minded and apologize when they mess up and don’t communicate properly. They schedule without thinking and you show up to the appointment and they don’t even have it on the schedule? Like how does that make sense.

Very poor bad service. They open at 9, but doctor arrives about 10, they close for lunch at 12:30 but stop accepting walk-ins at 11 even if they don't have any other patients left. Check-up routines incomplete, have to come back and ask for tests needed. Don't have appointment reminder system. Waiting time so long at least 45minutes. Looking for a new petriatitian center

Always friendly and fast. Have taken my son here since birth and know take my daughter here. Was out of town and I called about a rash they treated her over the phone because of the covid 19 and I really appreciated not having to take her in to emergency. They a truly a great crew of pediatricians
