I spent two nights at the brand new Horizon West Hospital with cardiac issues. The staff: from doctors to aides, and especially the nurses, were professional and caring. They all took great care of me, answered all of my questions, and helped me recover quickly. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet, and clean. I have been in other hospitals that were noisy and cramped! I received excellent medical treatment from the staff at Horizon West.

My 98 year old mom was admitted for pneumonia and a virus. She was in the contagious ward for two days. The hospital is just beautiful. The staff in every department was very courteous and friendly.
Her room was beautiful. The nurses came when she rang her buzzer. They explained everything very clearly to her.
Would definitely recommend.

I just had a total right hip replacement surgery. And it was great. Pain was minimal. Staff was amazing and the rooms are a plus. I only stayed overnight but the nurses tending to my care made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.

I was transferred here from the ER with a very bad infection that results in an amputation. My staff here were not only kind and professional but very friendly enough to help me in this mentally trying time. I've had a lot of health problems over the last couple years and this is probably the best hospital experience I have had. I've had better experience here than I did the big hospital in ocoee.

Also the food was amazing for a hospital, legitimate restaurant quality. I was lucky enough to have a pretty good view from a very generous size room. Nobody wants to be in the hospital, but this experience was at least a good one if I had to be in the hospital.

No one wants to be hospitalized, but this place is amazing! Just spent 4 days here on the 3rd floor.
I experienced why they have a 4.8 rating on Google. Absolutely gorgeous new hospital. Each person introduced themselves, and with the whiteboard in the room, you always knew who was taking care of you that day. Clean and fancy rooms, very big but cozy. Staff is super friendly, Doctors, RN nurses, PT, Neurological, nursing assistants, cleaning crew, in hospital transport for tests, records department, are all attentive and caring. The food was phenomenal. It is made by world class chefs. Everyday. To the point where a catering associate would stop by my room to take my order before every meal. I attached the menu. Could not be happier. If you need them in the future, I highly recommend.

What an amazing experience. My surgery team was excellent, everyone was so pleasant, like they were looking forward to taking care of me. The nurses were exceptional! Caring, attentive, kind and dedicated to the task at hand which was making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. My stay was short and I will never forget these beautiful faces. Thank You for all you do!

I had an unexpected ER visit and must say that it was truly an stress-free experience. The check-in and out staff were so friendly and welcoming and I was taken immediately to a treatment room. Doctor and nurses were friendly and efficient.
While I hope not to be back at an ER soon I would certainly go back here.

This is one of the biggest decisions of my life to have a total hip replacement and was absolutely incredible how helpful everyone is at this hospital as well as how comfortable they made my wife and I that everything would go as planned.
