Facilities were good, plenty of parking, the waiting room was pleasant and my appetite started on time. The technician was pleasant and provided scrubs to change into. The procedure (CT left knee) was uneventful and took less than 10 minutes. I had prepaid my copayment online prior to arrival, so there was no checkout. My experience was very good.

Staff was amazing! Highly recommend! Elizabeth my ultrasound girl who was filling in for the day was so sweet. I had some problems with scheduling but the supervisor took care of everything and was also extremely kind and understanding. The 3D tomosynthesis was quick and the tech was great. Results given on the spot!

I stopped in with my Dr. referrals and was amazed that there was a cancellation and I could get in! A nice surprise on a busy Monday. Staff was pleasant, professional, and found my past records right away. Kristal did my mammogram and since I am a former cancer survivor, she was empathetic with my past and asked good questions in reference to the year and process. ( 2012- lung cancer- never a smoker) I have visited other facilities but Orlando Health in Lake Mary is my favorite. I will continue to return as my medical meeds request the best of care. Staff is helpful and friendly from appt setting to arrival to care etc. I've been three or four times now and they are always very prompt with taking you in at the time of your appointment and getting you in and out quickly. They also have a nice amenities when it comes to lockers, real cloth gowns straight out of the warmer, and a waiting room in the back with snacks in between procedures.

They're always so helpful. I stopped by there on the slight chance they could get me in for my X-ray that day, and if not to make an appointment for a later date. She said come back in 2 hours so I did and it was done, in and out in 15 minutes. I've been there before and the X-ray tech is always very friendly and helpful too. 👍

Their mammogram machine is apparently as reliable as a McD’s ice cream machine… Yesterday was my fourth attempt at getting my very first mammogram order completed at the Lake Mary location since fall last year. The first time I was scheduled for a weekend evening appointment. Super convenient, right? I thought so initially, but when I showed up, the building doors were locked and calling sent me on an endless loop of pre-recorded messages with no one to answer or let me in. After 30 minutes waiting to see if anyone came out, I left. About 20 minutes after that I got a call asking if I was coming, and why didn’t I walk around to the back of the building so they could see me from their window? So I was reschedule for almost a month later (afternoon weekend appointment) and I was able to get the imaging completed but a few days later I received a call images were inconclusive and needed imaging that could only be done during my working hours in 6 weeks. I show up for that appointment, pay, to then be told their machine is not working and I have to reschedule, 3 weeks later. I showed up for that yesterday, payed, get situated in the waiting room, and low-and-behold, the machine is down again. My options were to try to come back in the afternoon to see if it’s working again or they could reschedule me for the next morning (they have not even fixed the issue and I’m supposed to waste another workday?). Needless to say, I’ve rescheduled at a different location. Praying that their machine is less temperamental.

I’ve been going to Orlando Health Imaging Center in many occasions and every time, their services has been great ; kindness, no waiting and very profesional in every way. On my last visit, they went way beyond their regular ways to help me with an incorrect referral from my doctor. Kudos to the front desk employee with a beautiful soul!
