Went to walk in clinic today saw Neil Whitwam, APRN. My knee is very arthritic and I explained I couldn't have knee replacement at this time as I help take care of our 93 yr old mother. He gave injection, went through several preventive things, answered all my questions and took time to listen and hear what I was saying. (Very rare in medical field). I will go back again and once I'm able to have knee replacement Dr Joseph Turoino will do surgery but for now Niel will be my provider. Also every staff member was so extremely nice and helpful

If you need an orthopedic diagnosis and help, go anywhere but here. The staff is full of goofy middle-aged "nurse practitioners" operating at a 3rd grade level, who get a perverse pleasure out of demeaning women. You will sit there unable to believe the chuckling and sarcastic attitude they think is okay as a medical "professional". Visited for "tennis elbow" pain and was mocked for age (mid-50s), also visited for top of shoulder rotator cuff inflammation. A steroid shot was issued for that, but not without a belittling comment by yet a different practitioner. Walk-in and receive service at your own mental risk. Appreciation only for the front desk staff, which handles patients with care.

Do not go here. They will tell you that you need physical therapy and try to sell you on physical therapy at 225.00 each x 10-15 visits. I have been here 2 times for 2 different injuries. The first was ashoulder injury they recommended physical therapy.I went to another Dr. and received a hydrocortisone shot and was immediately fine! The second time I dislocated my pinky and did the physical therapy 13 times at 225.00 (2,925.00) I still couldn’t make a fist . The last day the physical therapist said she had the same injury and got a hydrocortisone shot and it went away. She recommended a Dr. it cost 220.00 I followed her advice got an hydrocortisone shot and my pinky is fine. If you don’t believe me go there and you will see they will only recommend physical therapy . Get a second opinion/ hydrocortisone shot and you injury will go away immediately!!!!!

The most disappointing experience I have had with a severe life altering issue. I can’t feel 4 fingers on my right hand. Waited for my appointment then made another appointment with recommended specialist which took another 6 weeks to get in so patiently waited for the nerve results thinking that it took 6 more weeks to get in so 4-6 may be needed for the nerve results. No call or information after 2 months so I call and they could have cared less that I can barely work and had no follow up or follow through on anything. My biggest problem is the lack of empathy by the company and no help offered to figure out how to get my results. Only thing I can say is they told me to kick rocks and figure it out myself. So now I have to start over with another 3 month long journey to find out why I can’t feel my hand. By the way, it’s carpel tunnel, not rocket science. Why would u not just help me? I have been typing all morning at work so need a break for my hand but so sad with Jewett Orthopedic, they just could care less as the employees answering the phones make clear. After several calls I got with Ella, who was the only one to finally help. Apparently my results came in September 7th but they didn’t see it for some reason. Once again thank you Elly for all the help. I look forward to feeling my fingers soon.

I was so disappointed with my service at Jewett Orthopedics in Lake Mary. After ordering my MRI, I was told that I would receive a call from the office in a day or so. I never did. I called the office multiple times over the course of several days and was advised that a staff member would call me with the results. Then I was told that I didn't need to make an appointment to get my results that I would be called. The next week, a staff member called and said she can't give me the results over the phone and that i need to schedule an appointment. I was so annoyed because I would have scheduled an appointment the week before. After I scheduled an appointment I asked for a doctor's note for work and I never received one. I was also told to call the office periodically to see if there were any cancellations so I can get an earlier appointment. The lady on the phone told me it was best to call after hours. When i called after hours the lady on the phone said she didn't have access to the cancellations. Overall my experience was terrible it doesn't seem like anyone communicates there. I was given completely different instructions everytime I called. Unacceptable!

I always have a positive experience when I have an appointment with Dr. Jablonski. His staff is wonderful and he is phenomenal. His personality, skill as a doctor, knowledge, patience, and care is professional and yet caring as an individual. I 100 hundred percent recommend Dr. Jablonski and his team. We are blessed to have him come to Lake Mary, Fl. .

Dr. Fenichel seemed very rushed and I felt like my appointment was just an obstacle to his next one. I've heard he's a good surgeon, but this interaction was disappointing. His assistant came back to my room and discussed my X-ray results, because Dr. Fenichel walked out quickly before I understood what was going on. I do understand busyness, but I paid for this appointment, so the lack of care doesn't seem appropriate.

After weeks of waiting for an available appointment I finally have one scheduled for 10am on 12/4/2023 I arrived at 940am filled out my forms and was led in the exam area. 10:50am sheyan armaghan walks into the room, offers no apology or explanation for the delay. Performed no exam of my actual pain area, whatsoever. Wrote a prescription for anti inflammatory and advised physical therapy even though, I stretch, work out, see a chiropractor and have weekly massages.
This is not medical treatment. This was just another example of someone delaying a patient for a full billable hour of service and then forgetting to do their actual job. I would recommend finding another place to treat your back pain.
